Hellshire Beach, locally referred to as just “Hellshire” (pronounced “hell-sha”), is located on the south coast of Jamaica about 20 minutes away from Kingston.  Famed not only for its white sands but largely for the fresh local fish and lobster caught-on-the-spot and served family-style with accompaniments such as festival, bammy and breadfruit, all Jamaican staples.
